35ttt Terms and Conditions — Rules and User Rights

By accessing, browsing, or using the 35ttt — available at 35ttt.net and in any associated official app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all of the Terms and Conditions described herein, as well as our Privacy Policy and with the rules of Responsible Gambling.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform 35ttt. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes automatic acceptance of the revised versions. To create an account and use the services of 35ttt, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

Each individual is entitled to only one account on 35ttt. Duplicate accounts may be blocked and balances suspended for verification. By registering, you confirm that all information provided — full name, date of birth, CPF, email address and mobile number — is true, accurate and up to date.

The 35ttt reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration without providing justification, particularly in cases where false information or misuse of the platform is suspected.

The 35ttt follows identity verification procedures — known in the industry as KYC (Know Your Customer) — in compliance with industry best practices and Brazilian anti-money laundering legislation.

As part of the verification process, the 35ttt may request the user to provide:

• Photo ID (national ID card, driver's license or valid passport).
• Proof of residence dated within the last 90 days.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

Processing times by method are:

• Pix: within 5 minutes of the request, 24 hours a day.
• TED Transfer: up to 1 business day.
• Credit card: up to 5 business days (processor timeline).
• Other methods: up to 24 business hours.

Bonus balance must fully meet the rollover requirements set out in the promotion's terms before it can be converted into withdrawable funds. Balance deposited directly by the user — with no bonus attached — is available for withdrawal at any time, as long as there are no pending bets covering that amount.

The 35ttt may request additional documentation before processing high-value withdrawals or in cases of suspected irregular activity. No withdrawal will be processed to a bank account or Pix key in the name of a third party other than the account holder on the platform.

The 35ttt periodically offers welcome bonuses, freebets, free spins, cashback and other promotions to eligible users. Each offer has specific conditions that are always clearly described on the promotion page.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses at 35ttt:

• Each user may claim any given promotion only once, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses have a defined expiry date — after expiration, any unused bonus balance will be cancelled with no right to reimbursement.
• The rollover (wagering requirement) is calculated on the bonus amount received, unless otherwise stated in the specific conditions of the offer.
• Sports bets with odds below 1.50 generally do not count toward the sports betting rollover requirement.
• In the casino, slots and crash games contribute 100% toward the rollover. Table games and video poker contribute at a lower percentage — check the terms of each promotion for details.

Sports Betting at the 35ttt cover football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and other domestic and international competitions), volleyball, basketball (NBB and NBA), MMA/UFC, e-sports, tennis, and other sports available on the platform.

General rules applicable to Sports Betting at 35ttt:

• A confirmed bet is irrevocable. Once confirmed on screen, the bet cannot be cancelled or changed, except through the cash out feature when available.
• Odds are set by the 35ttt and may be changed at any time before the user confirms the bet.
• The official result of each event is determined based on the tournament's official sources. The 35ttt may use third-party sources as a secondary reference.
• Matches suspended before the completion of 90 regulation minutes (in football) will have all result market bets voided and stakes refunded, unless specific market rules apply.
• Obvious odds errors — such as clearly incorrect odds that differ substantially from the market — may result in bets being voided and stakes returned. The 35ttt will notify the user in these cases.
• Bets placed after the official start of an event but recorded by the system as pre-game due to a technical error may be voided.

The cash out allows you to close a bet before the final result, receiving a partial amount calculated based on the current market odds. Cash out may not be available on all markets or at all times during a match.

All content on the platform 35ttt — including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, interfaces, source code, design and domain names — is protected by intellectual property rights and belongs to the 35ttt or its licensed suppliers.

The following actions are strictly prohibited for users:

• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any platform content without the prior written authorization of the 35ttt.
• Using the name, brand or logo of the 35ttt in any commercial context without prior authorization.
• Reverse engineering any part of the platform's software.
• Creating derivative works based on the platform's content without permission.
